Most free concert series ask you to show up at the same lawn every Saturday until Labor Day. Torrance Summer Nights 2026 does the opposite. Between June 6 and September 12, the Cultural Services Division routes residents through seven different venues, from a downtown plaza to a shopping-center parking lot to a theater stage. If you go to everything on the calendar, you will have visited more corners of Torrance in one summer than most residents cover in a year.
That is the quiet argument of this year's lineup. It is a city tour disguised as a concert series, and it rewards residents who treat it that way.
